RUN THE NUMBERS ON NAVY PAY

Find out what makes Navy compensation so competitive. It’s the pay, plus the valuable benefits you won’t find with many other jobs. From housing to education and much more – there’s a lot to factor in. To explore different compensation scenarios, you can make adjustments to the Enlisted or Officer tabs, the Full-Time or Part-Time tabs or select a rank.

For most Sailors, your rank will begin at E-1 (for Enlisted) or O-1 (for Officer) levels and can increase with service time. College experience or other skills can allow for a higher starting rank.
